I live in Bournemouth, buy a meat grinder of these. After using it three times, I stop mincing my meat, I have not been able to get the invoice to change it, the machine is new and with little use. I don’t know what to do, because I have a new machine that doesn’t work properly and I would like to return it and get my money back or exchange it for one that is working properly
