Olá eu adquiri o produto na qual estou a ter pela segunda vez anomalia no equipamento. Da primeira vez que comprei no terceiro dia de uso deixou de funcionar, acendi as luzes e quando fui por o vapor a funcionar acontece que apaga a luz depois de piscar 3 vezes, verteu a água toda pelo fio ,fui trocar, no quinto dia depois da troca (hoje 16.02.2021) esta ter problemas em funcionar desde ontem.
Me ocurre lo mismo. Se enciende la luz, parpadea 3 veces y se apaga. Y es el segundo que compro. Me pasó con el primero que compré y lo devolví. Compré otro de nuevo y me vuelve a pasar lo mismo. ¿Qué puedo hacer aparte de devolverlo de nuevo?

Me pasa lo mismo, parpadea 3 veces y se apaga menudo chasco co silvercrest, también compre un secador de pelo y dejó de funcionar el aire caliente, calidad regular tirando a baja con esta marca….
Same thing happened to us, turn it on, a few spurts of water and then the light flashes 3 times. That’s it. Why do companies make and sell cheap rubbish that get a fault so quickly. It is a waste of resources and money.
