Intended use for cooling:
Apply cold to contusions, sprains and bruises as well as
inflammation and swelling. Can help alleviate pain.
Cold treatment:
The compress must be stored in the refrigerator for approx.
1 hour at 5° C before use. Then insert the compress into the
fastening strap and place it on the sore spot.
Application time: approx. 10 minutes.
Intended use for heat:
Apply heat to sore and tense muscles. Can help alleviate pain.
Heat treatment:
•Use in a water bath:
• Bring water to the boil in a pot. Take the pot off the hob
and place the compress in the water for about 1 – 3 minutes. Check the temperature after 3 minutes. Continue heating if necessary.
•Use in the microwave:
•The compress must be placed in the middle of the
microwave and heated at 600 W for 15 – 25 seconds.
Please wait 20 seconds before opening the microwave, as
delayed heating is possible
•Take out the compress with a protective glove and knead it
carefully so that the heat is evenly distributed.
•Carefully check the temperature with the palm of your
hand. If it is too warm, let it cool down. If the compress is
not warm enough, repeat the warming process for another
10 seconds. The compress must not be warmed above
50°C, otherwise there is a risk of burns and damage to
the product!
•If gel leaks, the compress is damaged and must be disposed
of.
•Fasten the compress in the fastening belt on the area to be
treated.
•Application time: approx. 20 – 40 Minuten
