Your dispenser is to hard to load!! I have been trying to load it for two days now and have ruined a hole roll of tape!!
Hi Joanette, remove the long soft plastic piece with the two screws and remove the safety piece from the cuttingblade and screw it back on. Then tip the little blank metalpiece back and pull the tape through and let go – now you should be able to use the dispenser as it is meant to 😉
How do you load this thing? How does it cut the tape? Doesn’t seem to work as described.
