Processing tips
The surface must be dry, clean, and free of grease and salt
Processing temperature: 15-25 ° C
Remove loose rust with a wire brush
Carry out a test coating on old paintwork, remove any old paintwork
Cover adjacent surfaces well before spraying
Very smooth surface sanding (do not inhale sanding dust, wear a dust mask)
Pre-treat with universal primer for optimal paint adhesion on non-ferrous metals
Spray surfaces evenly in a cross coat from a distance of 25-30 cm and allow to dry briefly
Spray several thin layers at intervals of 2–10 minutes
Can be painted over within 2 hours or only after complete curing, approx. 2 weeks
Even after it has fully dried, do not spray over with acrylic or NC varnish
Drying time: dust-dry after approx. 30 minutes, tack-free after 1–2 hours, completely dry after 1–2 days
The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, the humidity and the thickness of the layer
