  1. I have bought this nice looking radio/alarm from Lidl on 5th March 2021.
I was pleased with my purchase until I plugged it into the mains.
FM radio on antenna is all right.
But, the DAB says: Service Not Available! Slide Not Available.
I bought it because it said on the box: “DAB + FM Radio with colour display, but this is not the case.
Can you please help and give me an explanation as to how I could get DAB reception.
    Thank you,
    Gehad

  2. I bought this radio/alarm on 5th March. I plugged it into the mains and set up the Dab radio and preset my favorite station. I turned the radio off and unplugged it but the next time I plugged it in I got the digital clock display. I tried to change mode to put the radio on but couldn’t. The only way I can listen to the radio is if I put batteries in rather than use the mains it will come up with the Dab radio. The mode button doesn’t appear to work so I can’t toggle between clock and radio. If I plug in and use the mains I can set the alarm to wake me up with the Dab radio and it plays. Why can’t I get it to play the radio when it’s connected to the mains without setting it as the alarm?
